How to hard boil eggs

Put eggs in a sauce pan.

Fill with water until there is at least an inch of water above the eggs.

Add a tablespoon of salt.

Bring to a boil.

Cover pan. Turn off heat.

Set timer for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes drain out water and rinse with very cold water until eggs are cool to the touch.

Store in refrigerator until ready to eat.

Peel eggs and put a dollop of sriracha on each bite!
